One year ago we, the daughters of Sabine, were taken against our will. We hated these men for what they did to us in their chambers. Most of us became pregnant. As we struggled with these pregnancies, these ‘barbarians’ as you call them were the most gentle, considerate men I’ve beheld. We have grown to love them” and with more gentler tones, “as we love our fathers and brothers.” But then regaining her fervor and anger said, “And now we see you here in battle” spitting out the words “and we’re appalled. How could the people we love the most want to kill each other? Don’t you see what will happen? Character Descriptions

Daughter of Sabine Physical Characteristics: early 20’s Exotic brown eyes. Substantial triangular nose that almost looks out of place, but fits her personality perfectly. Seems intense but her laughter fills the entire room. Long coarse blond hair.

Motherly Figure Physical Characteristics: 50’s. Dark Gray curly shoulder length hair. Dressed in black, providing a mysterious aspect to the character. Deep understanding eyes. Speaks deliberately. She’s given a lot of thought to her proposal and knows exactly who to go to for the action to take place. She watches and observes people and comes into scenes when she’s needed and then disappears.

Husband Physical Characteristics: at least 10 years older than the Daughter of Sabine. Brown short hair. The beginnings of a full beard. A strong, solid frame. He admits his first thoughts of the Daughter of Sabine were lustful but they quickly turned to love as he heard her witty humor. He’s not one to show affection, as he believes it shows weakness and he wants to make sure his appearance is of a strong warrior. However, he feels most comfortable sitting with his wife and newborn just talking by the fire.

Father Characteristics: About the same size as the husband but with a little bit of a smaller head. has pristine facial features, symmetrical. like a retired model. But don’t mistake him for being empty headed. He has a very clear view of what is black and white. While he is willing to change his views if a convincing argument is presented, he can be a bit stubborn. If he believes in something, he really believes it. He really believes that his daughters rightful place is with his own family, cooking with her mother and playing games on the floor with her younger brother. He is determined to bring her home where he believes she will be the happiest.
